At the edge of spring, the land awakens our senses.

Join WTSA’s Mindy Yang and William Harris of Silverbrook Manor (Hudson Valley, New York) for an intimate guided tour of their regenerative research farm, an unfolding landscape shaped by season, soil, and slow intention.

It's a chance to walk the grounds with us, to understand what is being grown here, both in the earth and beyond it.

Guests will be led through the property, with reflections on our early plantings, regenerative approach, and the experiences taking form for the season ahead.

You'll meet their animals, and they will share tastings and light refreshments from the farm, subtle expressions of what this land yields, alongside a curated offering of plants and seeds for those who wish to carry something home.

Mindy will introduce the Silverbrook Farm Club, a membership offering first access to PYO produce, private gatherings, including Forage & Blend, sensory training and wellness programs, forest bath & tea sessions, planting days, and seasonal salons designed around the rhythm of the land.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the World Taste & Smell Association to support capacity building and research.
