Isabelle works with wine producers and hospitality managers to develop tasting strategies guiding consumer-centric wine portfolios and enhanced tasting room experiences. She also specializes in demystifying wine-tasting rituals to help wine enthusiasts and students master their tasting skills by adopting sensory practices.
Isabelle is now dedicating her time to the InnoVinum Academy which she launched in 2020 to seamlessly integrate sensory science into the wine industry, helping people cultivate a deeper appreciation of wine and its consumers.
